Juma Xipaia

Juma was the first woman to become a Chief in the Middle Xingu, leading the Xipaya Tukamà village in amazonas, Brasil. 

 

Her fight is for the peoples of the Amazon who are being attacked by the president of Brazil and the multinational companies who want their resources.
